Welcome To The Broken Arrow Police Foundation!
Secretary
Mario Alberto Briseno Gonzalez works as Director of Operations with Supermercados Morelos, an Oklahoma based Latin American retail store that currently has 10 stores, one of them in Broken Arrow. Before moving to Broken Arrow in 2021 with his wife and 4 children, Mario was a consultant for 16 years providing services for companies in US, Canada, Mexico, and South America. He earned a BA in Psychology from Universidad Regiomontana and has more than 15 years of experience in leadership development, customer experience, strategic planning, public administration planning and continuous improvement methodologies. In these years he had the opportunity to work with local governments and law enforcing agencies as a liaison between them and the private sector and the community to articulate projects of citizen attention and services.
Mr. Briseno also served as the coordinator of the Citizen Participation Commission of the Council for Strategic Planning of the State of Nuevo Leon, a citizen and public administration institution tasked with creating the 2015-2030 strategic plan for the state, being public safety, health and education the central pillars of interest for citizen involvement. Mario is currently a member of the of the Leadership Broken Arrow Class of 2023 and looks forward to his graduation from the program in May of 2023.
Throughout his career, he has been exposed to quite diverse experiences, scenarios and actors (local governments, private companies, nonprofits and citizens) that needed to be articulated in a functional dynamic to improve their communities and business environments.
